Our Training & Development Division offers mandatory training and induction to employees working in Care Homes and Nursing Homes. We are contracted with our clients in providing training and refreshment training for their employees. Our specious training facilities are conducted by registered trainers, ensuring comfortable sessions with additional off-road parking. As an established policy of FANDS, we set aside 25% of our net profit for social commitments. The beneficiaries are identified on a merit cum need basis. The scope of such responsibilities encompasses financial assistance comprising educational scholarship, medical treatment, elderly care and housing projects. Our placement service might be free of charge for eligible candidates.
